My experience at The Silver Oak Banquet exceeded all expectations. The food was an absolute highlight. Our guests... couldn't stop raving about the delicious deserts, which truly elevated the entire experience. A special shoutout to Mr. Prabhat Sir and Mr. Shree krishna Sir for their outstanding dedication and service throughout the event. Their attentiveness and professionalism were remarkable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. I must extend a heartfelt thank you to Mr Pushpa Pokhrel Sir, whose guidance and assistance in the lead-up to the event were invaluable. All the staff members, catering personnel, hospitality and... management, especially Sir Puspha Pokhrel were outstanding throughout the process from booking the venue to delivering an amazing reception party venue on the day. The staff members were accessible and easy to communicate with allowing for an effortless service. Reception guests commented on the high quality of food and drink served during the venue. The venue was clean and well maintained, allowing the decorators to showcase their talents. We organized our sons bartabandha party here on 13 Jul 22. We were generally happy with the service, venue and the menu. Staffs were helpful and receptive to our requests. Thank you very much to the management of the Silver Oak Banquet. In my opinion, for more than 500 guests, it would have been good if there were few more round tables with chairs in the hall since the gap between the tables were quite big plus garden tables and chairs outside in the big tent for guests to sit and enjoy. Anyway, once again many thanks.

This beautiful place has so many things to offer. I love the ambience, location, service and mostly the art. I can surely tell that the owner has put forth so much efforts and creativity to bring out the uniqueness in terms of service, ambience, location and architecture. I am so thankful to the concerned authority to have this beautiful piece of HEAVEN there in Gairidhara. I am definitely going to recommend this HEAVEN to each and every person of the world (including me) to celebrate their very special moments at the venue. Keep up the great work and don't get weavered by the jealous and hateful people.

The food was terrible. Their service even more. They served cold food. The staffs only tend to serve the same area again and again. But the other part of the venue does not seem to receive any. I had 2 parties here with 500 pax and 700 pax, the place ran out of food (snacks) even before 8 PM on both occasions. However, few of their staffs especially their chef were very helpful and prepared a new batch for limited people. This saves you from getting one star. But a question to the management how do you run out of food?? I seriously don't recommend this place.
