It was nerve wrecking to choose a perfect venue for my brother’s wedding reception knowing there are so many out in the market. We are glad that we chose Silver Oak and we couldn’t be more happier with their overall service. We were specific with our requests and they took it all onboard with professionalism and great hospitality. Their food was amazing, they maintained the hygiene throughout the duration of the event, their staff provided exceptional service , the restrooms were spotless all the time and it felt all the staff took their responsibilities with passion and pride. We had a wonderful reception party event at Silver Oak. All the staff members, catering personnel, hospitality and management, especially Sir Puspha Pokhrel were outstanding throughout the process from booking the venue to delivering an amazing reception party venue on the day. The staff members were accessible and easy to communicate with allowing for an effortless service. Reception guests commented on the high quality of food and drink served during the venue. The venue was clean and well maintained, allowing the decorators to showcase their talents. I would thoroughly recommend future couples to book events for their marriage/reception ceremonies at Silver Oak in the future!
